LivePulse is built privacy-first. The embed widget does not use cookies, localStorage identifiers, fingerprinting, or any persistent visitor identifier. Visitor presence is anonymous and ephemeral — when a visitor closes the page, their presence is gone and nothing is retained that identifies them.

What we collect

• From your visitors: a transient in-memory connection and the page path, used only to compute live counts and route reactions. No IP address, name, or device identifier is stored.
• From you (the site owner): your email address and site configuration, to operate your account.
• Aggregate events: anonymous pageview and reaction counts per page for your analytics. No personal data.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act (India) and GDPR you may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@livepulse.app.

Data retention

Analytics events are retained for 30 days on the free tier. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
