You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after cancelling.
If you are not satisfied, email hello@livepulse.app within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that billing period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
All Indian invoices are GST-compliant and include applicable taxes. Provide your GSTIN in the dashboard to have it appear on invoices.
